About ME
I am a licensed clinical psychologist in private practice in the Flatiron/Nomad neighborhood of Manhattan. I seek to create an empathic, supportive therapeutic environment in which you can feel comfortable opening up about any symptoms or issues. Together, we will work to help you better understand yourself and your current struggles so you can experience meaningful relief and enjoy a more fulfilling, engaged life.
I work with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, major life transitions, work stress, and relationship problems of all kinds. I also specialize in issues related to infertility, pregnancy, and early motherhood.

SERVICES
My style is engaged and empathic. I use a psychodynamic approach that incorporates CBT and mindfulness techniques to help you feel less distress and find more enjoyment and meaning in life. We will explore your patterns of thinking, feeling, and relating to deepen your understanding of yourself and your current difficulties. Through this process, we can start to identify areas in need of change and help you begin to make important life changes.

about my practice
Location
My office is located in the Flatiron/Nomad neighborhood. It is easily accessible to the N,R,W,Q and F,M lines.
Insurance
I am an out-of-network provider for all insurance plans. Many plans reimburse for individual psychotherapy, and I can provide you with the paperwork necessary for reimbursement.
Here are important questions to ask your insurance provider to determine your out-of-network coverage:
Does my plan include out-of-network coverage for mental health benefits?
What is my annual deductible? Is there a separate deductible for mental health benefits?
What percentage of the psychotherapy session fee is reimbursed?
Is there a session limit for the coverage?
How do I file a claim?
Fees
My fee is $275+ per session. I offer some opportunities for a sliding scale fee as well.
